The Republic of Jesstingten is governed by a unique system that blends direct democracy with unified leadership. All government resources are collectively owned by the people, ensuring equal access and shared responsibility across our society.
Leadership Structure
Jesstingten is led by a permanent Head of State who serves as the nation's visionary and steward. The Head of State is not elected but holds the responsibility of proposing laws, policies, and national initiatives. However, no proposal can be enacted without the approval of the people.
Decision-Making Process
To ensure fairness and balance, every proposal must meet two conditions to pass:
- ✅ At least 50% of the population must vote in favor
- ✅ The Head of State’s vote counts as 15% of the total decision weight
This system guarantees that the people hold real power over national decisions, while the Head of State provides consistent leadership and long-term vision.
